Q

Can you share the inspiration behind founding Wallcano and how the journey has evolved since 2011?

A

My journey started during my final year at JJ School of Arts, where I landed my first project with Myntra. My inspiration was to create murals that bring spaces to life. Wallcano represents the eruption of art, and we're not just limited to designs; we also handle branding and the overall design experience for spaces.

Q

Colour seems to play a significant role in your designs. How do you select and utilise colours to evoke specific emotions and expressions in your projects?

A

Using colour effectively in design involves harnessing the power of various colour schemes, gradients, and monochromatic palettes that are tailored to evoke specific emotions and expressions. This customisation is based on the demands and preferences of the client and is also influenced by the specific context in which the design will be used.

Q

Can you walk us through your creative process for diverse projects like environmental graphics, product packaging, and digital experiences?

A

To ensure successful project management, establishing a detailed timeline for each project is essential. Adhering to the specified deadlines and seeking feedback from the client within the designated time frame are vital components of the process. Effective planning and meticulous execution serve as the linchpins for averting any confusion or complications that may arise at the eleventh hour.
